Brandon S. Zarsky is a Partner in Frier Levitt’s Healthcare Practice Group where he focuses his practice on the representation of the firm’s varied healthcare clients, including medical practices, management services organizations (MSOs), and medical spas, including aesthetic medical practices, weight loss clinics and IV hydration clinics. Brandon is also heavily involved in Frier Levitt’s Aesthetic Medicine and Anti-Aging Practice Group, where he advocates for a diverse range of stakeholders within the medical aesthetics space. Brandon provides compliance counsel to help both new and established medical spas and aesthetic practices navigate the healthcare regulatory environment, including in mergers and acquisitions.
