Erica Oakes is a board-certified aesthetic nurse specialist, the co-founder of Culture Aesthetics & Wellness and the founder of Culture Academy of Medical Aesthetics. She is on faculty with Allergen Medical Institute, sits on the educational committee for the International Society of Aesthetics and Plastic Nurses, is a Key Thought Leader for Allergan, and sits on various advisory boards for medical aesthetics. She is an active member with the American Nurses Association and the Complication in Medical Aesthetics Collaborative Community. She was voted top aesthetic injector in her area in 2022, 2023 and 2024. Erica was recognized nationally in 2025 among the Distinguished Women in Aesthetics by the American Med Spa Association and as a Top 50 under 50 in the Knoxville area. She is also the Tennessee State Secretary for the American Med Spa Association. Erica is passionate about education and evolving the field of medical aesthetics not only as she is training others but also in advancing her own skillset. Erica’s areas of expertise include nonsurgical full facial rejuvenation, advanced toxin and complication management.
