Ms McMaster’s responsibilities include serving as part of the Allergan Medical Institute faculty. In this role, she develops and trains on content designed to enhance business strategies and tactics for growth in the aesthetic industry. Her areas of expertise are financial analysis, leadership training and team building, compensation methodology, aesthetic practice development, practice valuations, practice management, sales training, and marketing.
Ms McMaster has more than 20 years of consulting, training and practice management experience both in the USA and her hometown of Sydney, Australia where she managed a multi-location aesthetic practice that was the number one Allergan account in the country.
Prior to joining the AMI team, Ms McMaster was located in Orange County CA as a practice consultant. During this time she served on multiple Advisory Boards as well as working on many new initiatives and projects for Allergan.
Before joining Allergan, Ms McMaster worked in Operations and Training for McDonald’s Australia, Gloria Jeans Coffee’s and Rejuvenation Clinics of Australia before relocating to the USA with her husband and managing a multi physician dermatology practice in Dallas, Texas.
Ms McMaster earned her bachelor’s degree in communication from Charles Sturt University in Australia, and her master’s degree in Workplace Communication from the University of Technology in Australia.
